Manage your Organisation

Manage your Organisation's Users​


As an Owner you can manage the Users on your organisation:

  1. Navigate to Settings dashboard;
  2. You will see a list of Users;
  3. You can add new users by selecting + Invite;
  4. Fill in the user details and roles;
  5. The role can be Owner, Editor or Viewer;
  6. Finally select Invite. A new user is added to the Platform.

You can also update User details or delete Users:

  1. Select a user;
  2. Modify the role and select Save;
  3. To delete, select the user and then select Delete.

Creating a new Project​

As an Organisation Owner you can manage Projects. To create a new Project:

  1. Navigate to the All Projects dashboard;
  2. The list of all Projects appears;
  3. Select + Add project;
  4. Give a name to your Project;
  5. Select Create.

You can also update a project name:

  1. Select a project;
  2. You can update its name;
  3. Select Save.

Other Resources in an Organisation​

You can view and manage All resources in an Organisation via the various available dashboards:

  1. The main overall dashboard shows Clusters, Projects, Packages and Deployments in a summarised form;
  2. The All Clusters dashboard allows you to view and manage your clusters;
  3. The All Projects dashboard shows summarised project information and allows you to create and manage projects;
  4. The All Packages dashboard displays summary information and a list of all the Packages;
  5. The All Deployments dashboard shows all the running deployments and their summary information;
  6. Finally the settings page allows you to manage users.
