Manage your Organisation
Manage your Organisation's Users​
As an Owner you can manage the Users on your organisation:
- Navigate to Settings dashboard;
- You will see a list of Users;
- You can add new users by selecting
+ Invite
; - Fill in the user details and roles;
- The role can be Owner, Editor or Viewer;
- Finally select
Invite
. A new user is added to the Platform.
You can also update User details or delete Users:
- Select a user;
- Modify the role and select
Save
; - To delete, select the user and then select
Delete
.
Creating a new Project​
As an Organisation Owner you can manage Projects. To create a new Project:
- Navigate to the All Projects dashboard;
- The list of all Projects appears;
- Select
+ Add project
; - Give a name to your Project;
- Select
Create
.
You can also update a project name:
- Select a project;
- You can update its name;
- Select
Save
.
Other Resources in an Organisation​
You can view and manage All resources in an Organisation via the various available dashboards:
- The main overall dashboard shows Clusters, Projects, Packages and Deployments in a summarised form;
- The All Clusters dashboard allows you to view and manage your clusters;
- The All Projects dashboard shows summarised project information and allows you to create and manage projects;
- The All Packages dashboard displays summary information and a list of all the Packages;
- The All Deployments dashboard shows all the running deployments and their summary information;
- Finally the settings page allows you to manage users.
