📄️ Introduction to Deployments
Package Deployments
📄️ Package Deployments
Once you have Configured your Package you may now want to start deploying. As a part of the deployment process, there are several distinct stages that aid in tracking the package logic. These include the configuration, images, routing policies, and selection guidelines. Learn more about how Deployments work on OGC.
📄️ Deployment Planning
On initialising deployment, a Deployment Plan is created. A Deployment Plan is used to instantiate Workloads on to the Clusters.
📄️ Monitoring Deployments
Monitoring provides you a valuable insight into deployed package performance and indentify opportunties for improvement. The feature gives you visibility of FQDNs, and URLs are all up to date and functioning efficiently.
📄️ Re-deployments
While a deployment is in a Running state, there can be scenarios where one of the clusters', running deployment may get Unavailable. As a result, one or more workloads instantiated on the Cluster will transition to the Failed status.
